Your Right to Cancel (Consumers)

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

  • You must notify us within this period
  • You then have a further 14 days to return the goods

This right is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items should be:

  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In a resaleable condition

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, or where return postage must be refunded under consumer law.

How to Return an Item

Please DO NOT return goods without contacting us first.

You must request a Goods Return Number (GRN) before sending any item back.

  • Returns without a GRN may not be accepted
  • We will provide full return instructions once approved

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible:

Where appropriate, we will arrange:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Refund

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or proof of return.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made products
  • Items used for clinical or hygiene purposes
