Torso Interfaces
The Torso-Interfaces are warranted to be free of material or workmanship defects for 45 days. Any defective merchandise will be replaced at the discretion of The SpineCorporation Limited. There are no other implied or expressed warranties, including the fitness of the product for certain medical conditions.
Be sure to carefully inspect your product as soon as you receive them for manufacturer’s defects. Manufacturer’s defects are flaws that are existent or apparent when the package is opened. Note that the manufacturer warranties do NOT include: normal wear and tear, pulled threads, runs, wear at the toe or holes due to fingernails, toenails or snags or any problem caused by the wearer in application, improper use or improper care of the garment. If you feel that a hole, snag, tear or run is the result of a manufacturer’s defect, please contact us. We take quality issues very seriously and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
SacroFix
The SpineCorporation Limited warrants all of its products, to the original purchaser, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies, subject to normal wear and tear, when the products are used as intended without unapproved modifications, following all SacroFix™ instructions and requirements.
Product: SacroFix Pelvic Shorts
Anticipated Life Expectancy: 6 Months
Comments: The shorts are designed to be worn over the top of underwear helping to keep it clean, although less frequent washing will help to extend the life of the product.
Normal wear and tear during the usage of the product is not considered a defect. The sole remedy for any breach of this warranty will be for The SpineCorporation Limited, at its discretion, to either replace the effected product or refund the original purchase price of such products.
The express warranties set forth herein above are in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and all such other warranties are hereby disclaimed and excluded by The SpineCorporation Limited. In no event shall The SpineCorporation’s liability of any kind include any special, incidental or consequential damages, even if The SpineCorporation shall have been advised of the possibility of such potential loss or damage.
